Dukane 41S30 sealed transducer with 24″ cord and 1/4 ” OD tubing for air cooling. Also available with SHV connector for ultrasound cable. 41S30 Sealed HD 20kHz Probe with Stainless Steel Can & Air Cooling.A probe-horn assembly or probe-booster-horn assembly (stack) can be mounted into a customerprovided machine to ensure stability and proper alignment during operation or for automated operation. A stack is secured in a machine by clamping the probe (and booster, when present) at designated locations. Clamping at these designated locations provides stability to the stack and at the same time does not interfere with the transmission of ultrasonic vibrations of the stack components.
Installation Precautions: 1. Select the appropriate material and set the hardness process to process the horn and the working head. 2. When installing the horn or the working head, be sure to pay attention to the frequency matching, and apply the sound-adhesive glue at the joint seam. 3. Clean the surface to be joined with a solvent such as acetone during installation. 4. Establish the impedance control process of the bonding process to reduce the impedance of the vibrator and improve the electro-acoustic conversion efficiency of the vibrator. 5. Pay attention to improve the insulation measures after the vibrator electrode is installed.1.
